All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return (please refer to the product description for details).

Ship the Item Back

We offer two options for return labels:
Printed label included with your package (available upon request).
Downloadable PDF return label sent via email.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. Eligible returns receive a full refund.
Unauthorized Returns
Items sent without approval or without our return label may be refused and returned to you.
Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued for eligible returned items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Missing Refunds
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you have not received your refund:

Damaged or Defective Items

Orders canceled before shipment qualify for a full refund.
